In the figure above the current situation of the Ugandan coffee chain is visualised. Some people earn a lot from the coffee. But what do you think? Almost none of the proceeds ends up with the farmers. That's why we envision a new situation:
As you can see, in the case of Nudge Coffee, farmers bring their harvest to cooperations. These cooperations work together with Ndugu and the coffee will be sold to an international company or directly to coffee roasters in Europe.
We map all our farmers with SmartFarm, it means: we know exactly where our coffee-farmers are. To benefit and grow from each other!

Our coffee is organically nurtured and harvested
Our gardens are set up to harness the positive elements of nature needed to grow good quality organic coffee. We only use organic manure from our farms and when we use fertilizers, we prefer organic fertilizers.
